From 30 July and for four days, Sagres will be the Portuguese capital of windsurfing, with Praia do Martinhal hosting the National Slalom Championship 2020, a competition that will bring the 30 best male athletes face to face.
It is a unique event that will decide who will be the national champion of 2020.
The event promoted by the Portuguese Windsurf Association, counts on the support of the Municipality of Vila do Bispo, which will receive with great pleasure the National windsurfing stage in its waters, and with the sponsorship of GrayLine Portugal, Casas na Hora and Martinhal Resort, with approval from the Federative of Clube Naval da Fuzeta.
In the 2020 competition, 2019 champion Martin Monteiro will be there, who confesses to expecting strong competition from the remaining competitiors that will travel to Sagres.
In addition to these names, the organisation, in charge of promoter Joel Ramos and Daniel Caetano, also highlights Mateus Isaac, Bruno Bértolo from Alhandra Sport Clube, Nuno Esteves from Clube Naval de Cascais or from Sagres, Carlos Clímaco.
