Law enforcement officials systematically search a wooded area along 50th Street and 52nd Avenue on Thursday in connection with the death of a baby whose body was allegedly dumped in the area.

Kenosha Police have arrested two people in connection with the death of a baby whose body was allegedly dumped in a field.

According to Lt. James Beller, on Wednesday at about 9 p.m. police received information that an infant had been missing since late July. The infant resided with her parents in the 3700 block of 45th Street.

An investigation ensued, and police determined that the baby was deceased, with her body disposed of in a field in the area of 50th Street and 52nd Avenue.

A search on Wednesday and Thursday yielded possible evidence of the disposal, Beller said.

The child was identified as 2-month-old Jalisa Adams-Frison, born in May.

Although the investigation is ongoing, criminal charges will be referred to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office for hiding a corpse and harboring or aiding felons on the following suspects:

  • Monica Adams, 21, of Kenosha
  • Hezile Frison, 36, of Kenosha
