He is suspected in a Feb. 8 robbery at a Citibank on Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach in which a man carried a Target shopping bag into the bank and handed a teller a note claiming to have a bomb and demanded money, police said.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Authorities believe Arrango also was involved in a robbery at a Chase Bank in Oceanside and an attempted robbery at a Wells Fargo in Escondido, both on Feb. 5, according to Newport Beach police.
